I wasn't sure if I was going to put his album up or not, and what to call it. I've been living in Korea for almost 5 years and I felt like I hadn't really captured the amazing autumn colours they have here. I wondered how I could take some more interesting floral shots rather than the usual wide angles of foliage. I shot this whole album at 1.4 (you'll notice a thin strip of focus to each photo) to try something different and I'm really happy with the results. A friend of mine mentioned that some of them turned out like oil paintings and I agree, the out of focus blur is so creamy and soft, they do look like oil paintings.
